My name is James Robert Cochan, let me tell you about my background as well as my corporation. My family has been involved in home remodeling and building since 1960. We mainly specialize in room additions due to the fact there is more of a challenge involved with remodeling than new home building.

We are very proud to call ourselves craftsmen. In 1985 I started JRC Construction and left the family tree, times were changing and so was I. Now I have organized a very successful company with some very talented individuals. One of the things that make us so strong is the fact that we work so well together. We use the same sub-contractors on every job, and have built quite a relationship with them. We respect each other's needs, which allows us to get through jobs successfully and in a timely manner. Organization is the name of the game and we know how to play.
